How we keep Karibu267 trustworthy

1. Verification before the badge

Any business serving the community can list. Only businesses our team has checked carry the Verified badge, and the Kenyan-run badge is confirmed at the same time. We confirm the owner's identity and contact details, that the business operates where it says it does, and, for regulated services such as permits and legal help, that the practitioner is registered.

2. Reviews only from real enquiries

You can only review a business you have sent a quote request to through Karibu267, and only once per request. Owners can reply publicly, but they cannot edit or remove reviews. Our team removes reviews that break the rules.

3. A clear process for complaints

Every business page has a Report a problem link. The team reviews each report, may contact both sides, and can remove the Verified badge, pause the listing or remove it entirely.

Permits and immigration

Karibu267 provides guidance and connects members to registered practitioners. It does not act as an immigration agent, and nothing on the site is legal advice.
